1. Shipping is handled by each Vendor

SA WebMall is a marketplace: every order is packed and dispatched directly by the Vendor who sold it, not by SA WebMall. This means shipping costs, dispatch times, couriers used, and delivery timeframes can differ from Vendor to Vendor and from product to product. See our Disclaimer for how responsibility is divided between SA WebMall and Vendors.

2. Shipping costs

Shipping cost is calculated per Vendor at checkout, based on the delivery address, the size/weight of the items, and the shipping options that Vendor has configured. If your order contains products from more than one Vendor, you may see a separate shipping charge for each Vendor’s portion of the order, and items may arrive in separate deliveries at different times.

3. Delivery timeframes

Estimated delivery timeframes are shown on each product page and at checkout, and are set by the Vendor. These are estimates, not guarantees. Once a Vendor dispatches an order, delivery time also depends on the courier used and the delivery address (rural or outlying areas may take longer than major centres).

4. Order tracking

Once a Vendor dispatches your order, you will receive a dispatch notification. Where a Vendor provides a tracking number or courier tracking link, it will be available from My Orders in your account or in the dispatch notification email.

5. Delivery areas

Most Vendors ship nationally within South Africa. Some Vendors may only deliver within specific regions, or may only offer local collection for certain products (for example, large or custom-made items such as cut foam or upholstery). Any such restriction will be noted on the product page or communicated to you before checkout.

6. Failed or delayed deliveries

If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, or a delivery attempt fails, contact the Vendor first via their store page, or reach out to SA WebMall support through our Contact Us page and we will help follow up with the Vendor and courier.

7. Damaged or lost parcels

If a parcel arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, please report this to the Vendor as soon as possible so they can investigate with their courier and arrange a replacement, repair or refund in line with our Refund and Returns Policy.

8. Collection orders

Where a Vendor offers local collection instead of delivery, this will be indicated on the product page or at checkout, along with the Vendor’s collection address and available times.

9. Contact us

For shipping questions a Vendor hasn’t resolved, contact SA WebMall via our Contact Us page.
